Apulia

Countries with the cliff directly on the sea such as Polignano a Mare, hill towns such as the white Ostuni and Alberobello with its typical ancient buildings and characteristic stone houses with conical roofs, built by hand without glue, since 1996 UNESCO World Heritage Site as well as Castel del Monte, a medieval building built by Frederick II; towns linked to devotion such as San Giovanni Rotondo, small villages, castles, medieval and baroque towns where the masterpieces of craftsmanship are relived. This identity is also told through festivals, religious and pagan festivals: one of the best ways to visit Apulia throughout the year: from the rites of Holy Week at Easter with the ancient and traditional Procession of the Mysteries in Taranto, The Carnival of Putignano, The Night of Taranta in Melpignano in summer and much more.

The kitchen is the real protagonist of this land. The women are the queens of the kitchen, with their abundant and tasty dishes make you feel their hospitality and love. It is a true triumph of flavors that makes the gastronomic offer of the region unique.
Each place has its own recipe for a menu that will delight all palates, from the poor traditional dishes to those based on meat and fish.
