Villa Albamonte is located in Carini, north-west of Palermo and at the foot of Monte Saraceno.
The town stands on a hill at an altitude of 162 metres and overlooks the gulf with the same name.

The villa is a single unit divided into three flats connected by internal doors and is therefore rented as a single unit. An ideal place to spend time with friends and family while maintaining your privacy.

Flat consisting of a lower and upper floor.
On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, furnished and equipped with everything needed for cooking, with a sofa bed .
The tiled staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and 1 bathroom with shower. The rooms are spacious, have comfortable mattresses and a large terrace with sea view . The Sole flat can accommodate 4 or 6 persons using the double sofa bed.
Monte
Monte flat consists of a double bedroom on the ground floor where there is also a bathroom with shower and a small, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sea view terrace shared with the Sole flat. Monte flat can accommodate 4 people.
Mare
Mare flat is on the ground floor of the villa and consists of a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
In the large kitchen there is a double sofa bed.
The entrance overlooks a garden with a wonderful fish pond and a rock garden. Mare flat can accommodate 2 or 4 persons using the double sofa bed.
The villa has a beautiful multifunctional swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming. A garden planted with olive trees, palms and beautiful succulents. A large lawn a century-old wall divides the pool with the lawn connected by an arch . A large atrium with tables and chairs under a magnolia tree where you can spend beautiful evenings.
